On April 11th, 2026, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, 3400 Hartzdale Drive for an active retail theft. Loss prevention advised that two black females had been stopped by them for retail theft. The two females continued to leave and were found entering a black Chevy Equinox with a known registration.

Loss prevention provided video of the theft to police, and the total was found to be $99.39. 

Through investigation one of the suspects was identified as Fannie Proctor. 

Proctor was found to have multiple prior convictions for retail theft making this one a felony.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Proctors arrest.
