Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: April 2026 

WT-26-03417 - Officers were dispatched to Aspen Grove Apartments for a report of a domestic between two roommates. The discussion about rent became violent. A 61-year-old female pushed, punched, and scratched her roommate, causing her to fall. The two agreed to stay separated for the night, and the 61-year-old female was cited for harassment.

WT-26-03326 -A female came to headquarters to report a violation of a Protection from Abuse Order. The female advised that her ex-boyfriend was posting messages on social media about her and sending her messages, which is a violation of the Protection from Abuse Order. Judge O'Neill issued an arrest warrant. The Officer called the 44-year-old male and suggested he turn himself in. The male turned himself in and was arraigned before Judge O'Neill and released unsecured. The male was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt.

WT-26-03419 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed a vehicle that was swerving and correcting numerous times on Street Road. The Officer activated his emergency lights, and the vehicle stopped in front of Centennial Station. While speaking with the male driver, the Officer detected the odor of alcohol. The male had difficulty locating his documents to give to the Officer. The 29-year-old male didn't know where he was coming from or what he had been drinking. The male agreed to Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed. The male was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol. The male refused Chemical Testing. The male was later transported home. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol and Driving on Roadways laned for Traffic.

WT-26-02663 -A male was walking his dog, and another dog in the neighborhood attacked them. The man and his dog were both injured. The male will bring in Vet bills for his dog and Urgent care bills for his injuries. The 43-year-old female dog owner was required to provide proof of Rabies vaccination and a current dog license. The dog owner was able to provide a current dog license, but not the Rabies vaccination. The Animal Control Officer issued Non-Traffic Citations for Confinement of Dog and Vaccination of Rabies Required.

WT-26-03210 - The Animal Control Officer responded to Acorn Drive for a report of a dog bite. The homeowner advised that his grandson was playing outside and was bitten by the neighbor's dog. Pictures were taken of the child's injuries. The Animal Control Officer went to see the Dog Owner. The 61-year-old male stated his dog charged out the door and went to the neighbor's driveway. The dog owner couldn't provide proof of a current dog license or a Rabies Vaccination. The male provided a current 2026 Dog License when the Animal Control Officer arrived to check on the dog after the quarantine period. The male will be issued a Non-Traffic Citation for Vaccination of Rabies Required. 

WT-26-03467 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed an erratic driver at Jacksonville and Street Road. He observed the driver cut through the gas station lot to avoid the red light. The vehicle abruptly stopped at Jacksonville and Potter Street. The Officer activated his emergency lights and pulled behind the vehicle.  When asked for his driving credentials, the Officer noticed a baggie with white powdery residue in the center console. The Officer asked the driver to hand it to him. The 30-year-old male complied. The Officer asked if there was anything else that was illegal in the vehicle. The driver stated a small amount of marijuana, but the driver had a medical marijuana card.  The male was taken into custody, handcuffed, and transported to headquarters. The baggie was taken to the lab for testing. The male will be charged with Drug Possession, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed. Additional charges are pending due to Lab results.

WT-26-03540 - Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a Retail Theft in progress. While en route, it was broadcast that the male had left the store on foot and was headed to Street Road. A description was broadcast, and Officers located the male fitting the description, walking on Street Road. The male was handcuffed and placed under arrest. The 41-year-old male was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.  Judge Gambardella advised that the male would be receiving information on a court date later and could be released. The total value of merchandise stolen was $40.96. The male was released, and all property was returned to Walmart. 

WT-26-03705 - Officers responded to a York Road apartment complex for a report of a Protection from Abuse Order Violation.  When Officers arrived, they spoke to a female who stated the 31-year-old male had broken a window to gain entrance to the apartment. The male was walking on York Road, and an Officer stopped him and advised him that he was under arrest. He was handcuffed and taken back to headquarters. The male was arraigned by Judge O’Neill, and bail was set at 10% of $40,000. The male was transported to Bucks County Prison.

WT-26-03766 - Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a male who had walked out of the store with items he had not paid for. The male left the items he had taken on a bench outside Walmart and fled on foot, refusing to speak to the Loss Prevention Officer. The total amount taken was $32.02. The 18-year-old male will be cited by mail for Retail Theft. 

WT-26-02991 - An Officer was dispatched to headquarters to meet with a person for an incident that occurred earlier in the day behind Giant.  The woman advised that her son was involved in a physical altercation with two other juveniles. A 14-year-old male had grabbed him by the neck and slammed his face into the building.  The man told him that if he told anyone about this incident, he would kill him.  The 14-year-old male was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

WT-26-03935 - An Officer took a phone call at headquarters regarding Criminal Mischief. The Complainant advised that her next-door neighbor had sprayed water on her security cameras. The video footage was forwarded to the Officer. The 59-year-old male will be cited for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct.

WT-26-04073 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed a vehicle running outside the laundromat after hours. When the Officer approached the vehicle, he noticed a male passed out in the driver's seat. Upon waking, the driver discovered an open bottle of alcohol in the driver's console. The male was asked to step out of the vehicle and perform field sobriety tests. The 29-year-old male passed the field sobriety test and was transported to his home. He was cited for Public Drunkenness and Restriction on Alcoholic Beverages.

WT-26-02571 -Bucks County Radio advised that Upper Moreland Police Department had a 39-year-old male on a traffic stop, and he may have stolen an item from the CVS on York Road in Warminster. The Clerk at the CVS was unaware of a Retail Theft, so she went to the back of the store to review video footage. The Officer responded to Upper Moreland's traffic stop to take possession of the stolen items. The total value of stolen items was $126.93. The male was advised to turn himself in. The male was processed and taken before Judge O'Neill. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. The male was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Retail Theft.

WT-26-04148 - Officers were dispatched to Davisville Road for a report of a woman banging on the front and back doors and screaming. The male advised that he had a Protection from Abuse order against his sister, and she was not allowed on the property. The 52-year-old female was taken into custody and transported to District Court for arraignment. She was arraigned before Judge Chris O’Neill, and bail was set at 10% of $10,000. The female was transported to Bucks County Prison by the Constables.

WT-26-04369 - On routine patrol, an Officer observed a vehicle committing numerous traffic violations on Street Road near Jacksonville Road. When the vehicle was stopped, the female stated she was coming from the General Davis. The officer noticed an owner's manual on the passenger seat with white powdery substance and a rolled-up dollar bill. The 38-year-old female agreed to Field Sobriety tests and a breathalyzer test. The female failed the Field Sobriety test and refused a blood alcohol test. A plastic baggie with white powder residue was found on the floor under the driver's seat and taken by the Officer for testing. The female was taken into custody, processed, and released to her boyfriend. The female and her boyfriend were given courtesy transport to his residence.

WT-26-04395 - On routine patrol, an Officer conducted a traffic stop for an expired registration and smelled alcohol on the driver. The Officer asked the 34-year-old male if he would submit to Field Sobriety tests. The male stated he would. The Officer determined that the male was incapable of operating a motor vehicle safely. While handcuffing the male, he stated he had a weapon in the vehicle. The gun was confiscated and held for safekeeping. The male submitted to a blood draw, and pending lab results, the male will be charged with General Impairment, Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol. The male was also charged with Firearms not to be carried without a License, and expired registration. The male was arraigned before Judge Baranoski and released on $5,000 bail unsecured.

WT-26-02159 - Officers were dispatched to Rise Medical Marijuana Dispensary on York Road for a report of a hit-and-run accident. A driver backed into another vehicle and left the scene. The other driver obtained the vehicle plate number, and it came back to a Plumstead address.  A Plumstead Officer was dispatched to the home address of the 19-year-old male who had left the accident scene. The male came into the Police Department to be fingerprinted and photographed. He was released to await a court date. Charges of Accident involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Duty to Give Information and Render Aid, and Limitations on Backing are pending.

WT-26-02671- An Officer responded to headquarters to speak with a male about a female trespassing at his home. The 48-year-old female texted the male to advise him she was in his home. When the officers arrived, they found the back door unlocked and the female sleeping in a bedroom. Officers advised her that she is trespassing, and she requested to be taken to Doylestown Hospital for an evaluation. The male was advised of the Protection from Abuse process. The female was cited for Defiant Trespassing.

WT-26-04414 - Officers responded to Newtown Road for a report of an unknown problem. When Officers arrived, they spoke to an Uber driver who stated that three passengers were involved in an argument and two of the passengers had left the scene. The 25-year-old female who stayed on scene was visibly shaken and crying. She stated she had been assaulted but couldn't provide any information. The female repeatedly stated that she was drunk and couldn't answer questions. Officers transported her to her residence and advised her to stay inside for the rest of the evening. She argued with the officers and refused to go into her house. Officers took her into custody and cited her for public drunkenness.

WT-26-04423 - An Officer responded to headquarters to meet with a female advising she wanted to file a report of a Protection from Abuse violation. She advised that he ex-boyfriend was entering her apartment and taking her belongings. A warrant was generated and signed by Judge Baranoski. The 50-year-old male came into headquarters to file a report about a stolen bicycle, and he was placed under arrest. The male was arraigned before Judge O’Neill, and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

WT-26-04548 - Officers were dispatched to Ivyland Road for a report of an accident. The Officer observed glassy eyes and slurred speech in the 38-year-old male. The Officer asked the male if he would submit to Field Sobriety tests.  The male failed the tests, and the Officer determined that he was unable to operate a motor vehicle safely. The male agreed to a blood draw and was transported to Doylestown Hospital. Charges pending while waiting for lab results.
