Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: March 2024
WT-26-02178 - Officers were dispatched to the Centennial School District Building for a report of a theft. The Complainant advised that an employee had made unauthorized purchases totaling $20,000 since August 2025. The Director of Operations located receipts from Home Depot and discovered repeat tool purchases. Some of the tools were not located, and it was found that the 41-year-old male had sold them on Facebook Marketplace to help him pay his everyday expenses. The male turned himself in and was processed and taken for arraignment before Judge O'Neill. Bail was set at $30,000 unsecured. The male was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Access Device Fraud.
WT-26-02431- Officers were dispatched to Second Avenue and Harvey Road for a check on the well-being call. When Officers arrived, they located a male slumped over sitting on the curb. The male smelled of alcohol and marijuana. When Officers checked the 48-year-old males information, it was determined that there was a warrant for him out of the Bucks County Sheriff's Department. In a search of the male before transporting him back to headquarters, a small amount of marijuana was found in his pocket. Pending results from the lab, the male will be charged with Possession of a small amount of Marijuana.
WT-26-02207 - Officers were dispatched to William Tennent High School for a report of a fight in the boys' restroom during an event that was held after school. Three males who were suspended were at the school for the event. The fight ensued, and all three, a 15-year-old, a 16-year-old, and a 17-year-old, were all cited for Defiant Trespass.
WT-26-00303 - Police were dispatched to Kohl's for a report of a Retail Theft. The suspect had left the area, and a description of the actor and his vehicle was broadcast via Bucks County Radio. The 46-year-old male was arrested and processed. The male was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates.
WT-26-02692 - Officers responded to a one-vehicle accident at Madison and Maple Avenues. The vehicle had extensive damage and a Verizon pole was split in half. A PECO employee who was in the area helped the 64-year-old male out of the vehicle. He stated he was not injured and agreed to Field Sobriety tests. He failed the Field Sobriety tests, Portable Breathalyzer results were 0.081%. The male agreed to a blood draw, which was submitted to the lab for Blood Alcohol results. Pending the results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-26-02737 - Officers were dispatched to Rosewood Court East Apartments for a report of a Simple Assault. When the officers arrived, they were met by a male who stated he wanted his ex-girlfriend removed from the apartment. The 37-year-old female was handcuffed and transported back to Headquarters for processing. The female was arraigned before Judge Petrucci, and bail was set at $25,000. The female was transported to Bucks County Prison. The female was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.
WT-26-02736 - On routine patrol, an Officer saw a known wanted person operating a vehicle when he had a suspended driver's license (DUI-related). The 50-year-old male was required to have an Ignition Interlock system on his vehicle. The Officer was also aware of a warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff's Department. When the Officer stopped the vehicle at Madison and County line Roads, he confirmed that the Ignition Interlock system was not in place in the vehicle. The male was taken into custody and transported to Bucks County Prison to be picked up by the Delaware County Sheriff's Department.
WT-25-15029 - Officers responded to The Glen at Bucks on Street Road for a report of a one-vehicle accident. The driver advised that he was texting and skidded off the roadway. The vehicle hit a PECO pole, a Verizon pole, and the sign in front of the apartment complex in addition to a parked vehicle. The driver advised that he was not injured. A bystander noticed the male driver take two items out of his car and place them under another vehicle in the parking lot. The Officer questioned the 44-year-old male, and he stated he had placed two containers of nitrous oxide under a vehicle that was parked nearby. The Officer asked the driver if he had anything else that was illegal in his vehicle. He then turned over a small amount of marijuana to the Officer. The marijuana was sent to the lab for testing. Possession of Solvents and a Small Amount of Marijuana will be charged pending results from the Lab.
WT-26-02942 - Officers were dispatched to Wawa on Street road for a report of an intoxicated male, acting aggressively and screaming. He had also attempted to enter another customer's vehicle numerous times as she was driving away. A description was given of the male, and Officers observed the male walking on Street Road. The Officer observed the male with an unsteady gait and stumbling. The Officer stopped the male and asked him to sit on the curb. The male had difficulty answering the officer's questions and didn't know where he was. The 22-year-old male was taken into custody, and his parents were notified where he was and to come pick him up. He was cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-26-02996 - Officers responded to Roberts Road for a report of a domestic assault. The female had thrown a glass vase and hit a male in the head. The male had cuts on his face and head from the shattered glass. The 36 year old female was taken into custody. The female was arraigned before Judge Wagner and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. The Female was charged with Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Harassment.
WT-26-03096 - Officers were dispatched to Taco Bell for a report of a speeding reckless driver. The caller believed the driver was intoxicated and gave the plate number and description of the vehicle to dispatch. When the Officer arrive he identified the 49 year old male as a subject he arrested for DUI previously. There was a warrant for the male from Bucks County Sherriff's Department. The Officer determined that the male was under the influence of drugs or alcohol and asked the male to submit to Field Sobriety tests which he refused. The male was taken into custody and transported back to headquarters. The male was asked to submit to chemical testing, which he also refused. The male was held until he was picked up by Bucks County Sherriff's Department.
WT-26-03188 - While on routine patrol an Officer observed a vehicle swerving and straddling the traffic lane and other traffic violations on Johnsville Boulevard. When the Officer got the driver to stop she advised that she had not been drinking. When the Officer asked the 42 year old female to submit to Field Sobriety Tests she refused. The female was placed under arrest and transported back to headquarters and asked to submit to chemical testing which she refused. The female will be charged with Driving Under the Influence, Traffic Control Signals and Roadways Laned for Traffic.
WT-26-03258 - On routine patrol, an Officer observed a male walking near Tidal Wave Car Wash, who was having difficulty maintaining his balance. When the Officer stopped the male he smelled of alcohol and advised that he had been drinking with friends. The Officer took him into custody and transported him back to headquarters. When asked to submit to a Portable Breathalyzer, the 39-year-old male refused. The male stated he had no one to call to pick him up. The male was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported back to Tidal Wave Car Wash.
WT-26-00455 - On routine patrol an Officer saw a male at County Line and York Roads that they were familiar with. The Officer was aware of a warrant and confirmed with dispatch that the warrant was still active. Upon stopping the 29-year-old male and explaining he was under arrest for an active warrant, the male took off on foot. Officers pursued the male on foot as he was running out in traffic. He tried to hide himself under a vehicle. The male was caught and handcuffed and taken up the Bucks County Prison. The male will be charged with Evading Police, Resisting Arrest and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
WT-26-03359 - Officers were dispatched to Police and Fire Credit Union for a report of a disorderly person. When the Officers arrived they were met by the Bank Manager who stated that the 48 year old female had been sent an official notice that she was not allowed on the bank property because of this type of behavior. Officers determined that there was a warrant for the female for a Parole Violation. The female will be charged with Defiant Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct. The female was arraigned before Judge O'Neill and bail was set at 10% of $10,000 unsecured. The female was transported to Bucks County Prison.
