On May 9,2026, at approximately 7:34 hours, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Tollgate Road. 

The driver, who was identified as Michael McGeehan, displayed signs of impairment, including being off-balance, having glassy and blood-shot eyes, and emitting the smell of alcoholic beverages from his breath. 

McGeehan was administered a series of standardized field sobriety tests, which he failed to complete satisfactorily. Based on the results of these tests and other observations, McGeehan was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
