On April 29, 2026, at approximately 1519 hours, Plumstead Township Police responded to a retail theft complaint at Giant food store, located at 4377 Swamp Rd.

Upon investigation, it was determined that a white male subject had entered the store on two separate occasions, April 21st and April 26th, removing various products from the shelves and leaving the store without payment.

On May 4, 2026, at approximately 11:00 hours, the suspect Ricky Dones ,57 -year-old white male, was processed and arraigned at the Central Bucks Regional Police Department on the charge of retail theft.

The suspect was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
