A 17-year-old male was charged by Millersville Borough Police with simple assault and harassment following a domestic disturbance at his home on April 18, 2026.  The altercation began as a verbal disagreement with family members, escalating to physical violence when the juvenile struck his mother with his elbow and spat on her.  The male also spat on his stepfather and scratched him on the arm and face, causing injury.
