On April 14, 2026, Lebanon City Police Officers observed 42-year-old William Taylor in the area of Guilford Street and North Lincoln Avenue at approximately 10:45 pm. Police were aware Taylor had an active warrant for his arrest out of another county. Taylor attempted to resist the officer's efforts to place him under arrest after being advised of the active warrant. After Taylor was in custody, it was discovered he had a controlled substance and related drug paraphernalia on his person.
