On March 24, 2026, the Robeson Township Police Department filed charges against Ross MESSNER after multiple complaints of reckless driving in the 200 block of Seyfert Drive, Birdsboro.

Repeated burnouts and donuts in a cul-de-sac were reported over several weeks. Despite prior warnings and a summary citation having been issued to Ross MESSNER, the dangerous behavior continued. Following the most recent complaint of reckless driving and disorderly conduct reported on March 23, 2026, misdemeanor charges were filed for Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving.
