PRESS RELEASE

            In August 2025, the Plymouth Township Police Department initiated an investigation into the burglary and theft of copper wire from Infrasource, 1027 Conshohocken Road, Plymouth Township. During the investigation, it was learned that multiple offenders gained entry to the property on multiple dates, in the overnight hours, through locked gates and perimeter fences, to access the high-value wire inside the property. Once inside the property, the offenders spent hours cutting wire from the spools, loading it into vehicles, and ultimately turning it into scrap yards in the region.

           As a result of the multiple burglaries of the property, Infrasource suffered a loss of nearly $400,000.00 in material.  Receipts obtained from scrap yards in the region revealed that the offenders received nearly $50,000 in proceeds from the more than 15,000 pounds of wire stolen from Infrasource.

The following offenders have been identified and charged in this investigation:

Yozuet Pagan - 21 (Philadelphia, PA) - Charged with Corrupt Organizations, Dealing in Unlawful Proceeds, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and related offenses

          Arrested: March 2, 2026          Bail: $25,000, unsecured

Marc Champagne - 36 (Philadelphia, PA) - Charged with Corrupt Organizations, Dealing in Unlawful Proceeds, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and related offenses

Osiris Beko Ra Jones - 38 (Philadelphia, PA) - Charged with Corrupt Organizations, Dealing in Unlawful Proceeds, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and related offenses
