On March 10, 2026, at approximately 11:31 PM, Lock Haven City Police officers responded to the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza for the report of an individual inside the store that had been previously trespassed from the property. The officers located Mistie Weaver, who was inside the store and acknowledged to have been served a no-trespass order. Weaver was taken into custody and subsequently searched, revealing a glass smoking device. Weaver was charged with Defiant Trespassing (M3) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
