On 03/09/2026 at approximately 0330hrs, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the area. The vehicle, a blue Subaru Crosstrek, was located and followed to a dead-end street in Emsworth. Three individuals exited the vehicle, with two fleeing the scene. The rear passenger, a female, was detained and placed in custody.  The two individuals who fled were later apprehended at a nearby location and identified as juveniles. They were taken into custody and charged with various offenses. The stolen vehicle was recovered, and the owner was notified.
