Incident Summary

On 9/30/25, a search warrant was executed at a residence located at 133 Risser Rd, Conoy Twp. The search revealed that the occupant, a 45-year-old white male, was in possession of several illegal items.

Among the items found were five homemade firearm suppressors, numerous vials of intravenous medication reported missing from the Hershey Medical Center, and various medical equipment for intravenous medication use. The individual, who was employed at the Hershey Medical Center, was taken into custody.

The suspect has been charged with five counts of Title 18 Sec 908(a) - Prohibited Offensive Weapons, Title 18 Sec 3925(a) Receiving Stolen Property, and Title 35 Sec 780-113(a)(32) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
