On November 27, 2026, at approximately 1:00 am Lebanon City Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Mifflin Street for a narcotics complaint. Officers made contact with 47-year-old Timothy Beaudion inside a vehicle. Based on the officer's interaction with Beaudion, it was determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Beaudin was subsequently taken into custody for DUI. Later, lab results confirmed Beaudion had various amounts of controlled substances in his system at the time of the stop. Charges were then formally filed.
