On February 14th, 2026, the police department was advised of a missing 17 year old juvenile who was residing in the 400 block of West Simpson Street with her foster family. The missing juvenile is Roxanne Rodriguez and is listed in NCIC as a missing / runaway juvenile. She is described as a black female, 5'4", approximately 105 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She left her residence on the 14th and would not tell her family where she was or where she was going. They have had little contact with her since the 14th, aside from a text message. Efforts to call her cell phone number and attempts to locate Rodriguez have been unsuccessful. She is believed to be in the Harrisburg area or possibly in New York City. Anyone with information about here whereabouts or who might have had contact with her since the 14th of February is asked to contact the police department.
