On February 22, 2026, at approximately 8:00am Lebanon City Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South 9th St for a domestic. After speaking with the victim, police learned that 47-year-old Juan Pagan became physically violent after his mother would not give him money. As a result of the incident, Pagan was taken into custody and arrested.
