On 11/13/2025 at 1655 hours, WLCRPD were dispatched to an erratic driver complaint on 934 in Annville.  Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of South White Oak Street for traffic violations.  The driver was identified as Martin Conroy II. 

Conroy was determined to be under the influence of controlled substances and was arrested for DUI.  He was also found to be in possession of controlled substances.  Lab results later confirmed the substances to be heroin, fentanyl and xylazine. Conroy's vehicle also displayed counterfeit inspection stickers and expired registration. 

On 2/18/2026, charges of DUI Schedule II/III Controlled Substance (M), DUI Drug Impaired Ability (M), Possession of Controlled Substance (M), and 2 summary traffic violations were filed against Conroy.
