On Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 at approximately 2322 hours, an officer with the Pocono Township Police Department was on patrol when he observed a gray GMC Sierra driving all over the road. When the officer ran the registration he found that the registered owner, Daniel Fenn, 54-year-old, from Derry PA had a suspended drivers license. The officer conducted a traffic stop and through further investigation, believed that Daniel was under the influence of a controlled substance. During search incident to arrest, the officer found methamphetamine on Daniels person. Daniel was transported to the Monroe County DUI Center to be finger printed and processed. Daniel is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. DUI charges are pending blood results.
