On December 12th, 2025, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Weis Markets, 1195 Lowther Road for a non-active retail theft. Loss prevention reported that a male suspect concealed seafood items in his jacket and left without paying. The total value of the theft was $134.72. Video surveillance of the theft was provided to police.

Through investigation the suspect was positively identified as Booker Knight. Knight was found to have one prior conviction for retail theft making this one a misdemeanor.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
