Incident Summary

A Hudson Police Department officer observed a black 2003 BMW 328 traveling eastbound on Highway 52/WCR 43 without license plates attached. The vehicle was stopped at 101 E. Bison Rd.

The driver, a 70-year-old male, was identified as having a suspended Colorado driver's license for financial responsibility. He admitted he did not have insurance for the vehicle, stating that he had just purchased it. However, he was unable to provide a Bill of Sale or Title.

The driver was issued a summons and released. The vehicle was impounded.
