On November 16, 2025, Spring Township Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Tomlisa Court for a report of theft of jewelry from a residence. The victim reported that he kept jewelry in a jeweler's box on his dresser, and that he had checked the box that morning and found that the jewelry was missing.
The victim reported that he pays for a home cleaning service. Typically, the home was cleaned by the cleaning business owner and her daughter. Over the past few cleanings, the daughter's boyfriend, Damon SANCHEZ, had been inside the residence helping clean.
Approximately 4 hours after filing a report with police, the victim called back in to report that he had located the missing jewelry at Cash Converters in Kenhorst. The victim informed employees of the circumstances and the jewelry was pulled from display to be held for police.
Ultimately, after an investigation, Damon SANCHEZ was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.
