On December 28, 2025, at approximately 3:27 AM, Lock Have City Police responded to the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza for a report of a woman in crisis. After arriving on scene, it was discovered that the female had left the scene. Officers obtained the contact information for the female, who was later identified as Haley James. James agreed to meet officers at the Nittany Minit Mart in Dunnstown. When officers located James in her vehicle, they detected a strong smell of alcohol. James refused to submit to blood testing and was charged with DUI (M2).
