Layne Russell, age 19 of Hanover, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of N. Franklin Street. He was arraigned before the Magisterial District Judge Gessner and released on his own recognizance.

Fraud involving the unlawful access to a financial account reported in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

1129:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street. A 2012 Nissan Rogue operated by Brian Baker, of York, collided with a pole owned by Tehmina Bhatti, of Hanover.

A charge of retail theft is pending against a 26 year old New Oxford woman following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Criminal mischief involving an unsecured vehicle being entered and tampered with overnight reported in the first block of Fourth Street. 

1345:
Retail theft reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. Investigation continues.

1439:
Theft of money from a vehicle reported in the 300 block of Fourth Street.

Suspicious male subject loitering in the street reported in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

Suspicious circumstances involving an open door and light inside a residence reported in the 200 block of E. Walnut Street.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 100 block of Third Street.
