On 12/19/2025 at approximately 1:07 PM, the Chambersburg Police Department took a report of a found wallet at Goodwill located at 1021 Wayne Ave. The wallet contained cash as well as a PA DL belonging to Rahquel Thomas. Thomas can retrieve her property at the Chambersburg Police Department.
