On 01-27-17 the Steelton Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Pine Street at North Harrisburg Street. As a result of the traffic stop the driver Steven Blackwell and passenger Manuel Burney were arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
