On November 23rd, 2025, at approximately 22:55 pm, the victim contacted the police department about their vehicle window being broken. The victim advised they parked their vehicle in the parking lot of a friend's apartment in the 100 block of West Portland Street at approximately 5:00 pm. The victim came out to their vehicle and found the front passenger side window was smashed. Nothing was found to be missing from the vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
