Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli announces the guilty plea of an Export man who had unlawful communication with minors.
Kevin Hullenbaugh, 32, pleaded guilty to several counts of child pornography-related charges and unlawful communication with minors in front of Common Pleas Judge Scott Mears on November 17, 2025.
Hullenbaugh was sentenced to serve 18 to 48 months in state prison, followed by six years of consecutive probation. As part of his sentence, Hullenbaugh is not allowed to have any contact with children, prohibited from internet usage, and has to register as a sex offender for 25 years.
Pennsylvania State Police charged Hullenbaugh in July of 2024 after a relative of the victim discovered lewd videos on the victim's cell phone of Hullenbaugh involved in a sexual interaction with the two minors.
Hullenbaugh was also charged and pleaded guilty to sending the graphic videos through social media.
DA Ziccarelli thanks Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Ranger for prosecuting this case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
