On November 13, 2025 at approximately 7:36 pm, an unknown suspect entered Garcia Deli Grocery at 901 W. Princess St.  He had a brief interaction with the victim.  The suspect than pulls out a firearm and shoots the victim once before fleeing the scene.  York City Police are looking for assistance in identifying the suspect.  He is described as black male, approximately 5'10"-6' tall, and 170 - 190 lbs.  Police are also looking for anyone meeting that description that can be seen on privately owned cameras the day of the assault to please contact Detective Clark at fclark@yorkcity.org.
