On November 12, 2025 officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 300 Block of Rivermoor Dr, East Donegal Township, for a report of an assault.  The victim reported that Stephen WALTER, assaulted him after an argument.  The victim did sustain injuries to his face and head area, with his left eye completely swollen shut.  WALTER was arrested and transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
