Pennsylvania American Water is working to identify and replace lead and galvanized water service lines in our area — at no direct cost to homeowners.

In the coming weeks, CDM Smith crews will be going door-to-door in neighborhoods across East Pennsboro to inspect service line materials as part of this important water quality initiative.

 

If your service line’s material is unknown, you can help by:

Calling 717-581-8599 (M–F, 9 AM–4 PM).

 to self-identify your line online.

 

Crews will have official ID badges and wear high-visibility safety vests.

 

If lead is found, Pennsylvania American Water will work with you to replace the line at no cost to you.
