Incident Summary

On November 12, 2025, at approximately 0118 hours, a 38-year-old male, Jose Torres-Morales, was taken into custody in the 200 block of N. 7th St.

Torres-Morales attempted to flee from police on foot after being informed of an active warrant for his arrest. Following a brief pursuit, he was apprehended by a Lebanon City Police Officer.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
