Incident Summary

On July 26, 2025, at approximately 12:28 a.m., 24-year-old male was Amonte Wagner was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving following a traffic stop.

Wagner was observed driving in a careless manner by police in the area of the 300 block of N 5th St. The charges were filed following the lab results.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
