VEHICLE CRASH/ DUI
100 BLK. N. ANN ST.
OCCURRED 1/22/2017 0118 HRS.
On Sunday 1/22/17 at 0118 hrs. Officers from Platoon A responded to the 100 blk. N. Ann St. for a report of a vehicle crash. Upon arrival Officers found that a single vehicle had struck several parked, unoccupied vehicles on N. Ann St. The only person involved in the crash was found to be Curtis Lesane M/33 of Quarryville. Lesane had been travelling north on N. Ann St. when he crossed over the double-yellow line and struck a line of (4) parked vehicles and then travelled to the other side of the street and struck an additoinal (2) vehicles. Lesane was not injured as a result of the impacts. He was placed under arrest for DUI. The block was closed to traffic for approximately (90) minutes while vehicles were towed and debris was removed.

A black 2008 Dodge R15 which was reported stolen through West Lampeter Township was located at the above location. The vehicle was also displaying a stolen registration plate at the time of recovery. There appeared to be no damage to the vehicle. West Lampeter Township was notified

Reporting person reported that her husband was using drugs in front of his daughter. Responding officers found Alexander Aponte, 45, of the 300 block New Dorwart Street, Lancaster PA under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a drug paraphernalia. Aponte was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Santiago Ramos Garcia III, 29, homeless was observed removing two Calvin Klein Sweaters valued at $196.00 and placed them into a brown duffle bag and exited the store without paying for the items. Garcia was arrested and charged with Retial Theft M1.

Milagros Loidsya Lugo, 24, of the first block West Main Street, Leola PA attempted to exit the listed location with mercvhandise she had hidden in her diaper bag. Lugo was arrested and charged with retail theft.

Ethan M Rawley, 23, of the 800 block Clinton Heights Rd, Hummelstown Pa attempted to enter a locked garage at the listed location. Officers observed Rawley hiding behind a garage at the listed location along with welders pic and welders hammer which were on the ground where he was hiding. . Rawley had in his possession a screwdriver and two screws that appeared to have been removed the latch on another garage. Rawley was arrested and charged with Attempted Burglary and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

James Earl Tolbert, 37 of the 100 block Stevens Ave, Lancaster PA and Richard Jonathan Ahrens 50 of the 200 block South Prince Street, Lancaster were located inside the business. The business is posted in several locations “No Trespass except for Customers”. Neither were customers with Tolbert sleeping inside the business and Ahrens charging his phone. Talbot was arrested and cited with Trespassing. Ahrens was arrested on Trespassing and upon search to this incident was found to be in possession of two hypodermic needles and an empty heroin bag. Ahrens was charged with Defiant Trespass and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jasmine Renee Tobias, 24, of the first block West Lemon Street, Lititz PA was observed selecting three rings and three fragrances and concealing them in her purse and then exited the store without paying for said merchandise. Tobias was arrested and charged with Retail Theft M1. Total value of loot $397.99.

Ziekeya Sharond Rollins, 18 of the 1800 block Hidden Lane, Lancaster PA created 7 fraudulent gift cards during the above listed dates and times. It was also discovered that Rollins under-rung for a customer. Rollins was arrested and charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking and Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that an unknown Hispanic male approximately 5'10", thin build, wearing a black mask, black hoodie with a hood up, and dark pants entered the store pointing a silver semi-automatic handgun and demanded money. The victim placed the money from the register on the counter and the male grabbed the money telling the everyone in the store to go to the back of the store and then fled.

Reporting person / victim stated that a package was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex. The party who received the package informed Fed Ex of the mistake and left it outside to be picked up. The package was gone when she looked out in the evening. There are no suspects at this time.

Joshua Alexis Perez-Santiago 18, of 0blk Green St, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Poss. Small Amount of Marijuana after Officer conducted a vehicle stop and located the drugs. Subject was found to have a suspended driver license and registration required.

Reporting person stated that sometime on the above date a package containing a credit card processing pin pad was delivered to victim’s residence. Victim stated that at an unknown suspect opened and stole the contents of the package.
