Due to the inclement weather forecast, Trick or Treat has been moved to Friday, October 31, 2025 from 6pm-8pm in Carroll Township, Dillsburg Borough, Monaghan Township and Franklintown Borough. We understand that this may disrupt plans that have already been made but the decision was made in advance so you can plan accordingly.

We want all participants to have a safe and enjoyable evening trick or treating and avoiding the rain, will hopefully keep everyone safe and healthy. We are excited to see everyone out in their spooky costumes!
