The York City Police Department and York County Children, Youth, and Families are looking for Elizabeth Brown, StevieRay Fowler, and an approximate 2 month old male infant.  A report came into CYF alleging that Brown had given birth in secret in York to avoid authorities in Florida.  This infant has not had medical care of any kind and may be in danger.  CYF obtained evidence at a residence where the pair has stayed of the existence of this infant, as well as obtaining a photo that was taken of the infant.  Fowler is the alleged father of this child, and both Brown and Fowler deny that this infant exists.  Fowler and Brown failed to appear at County Court as directed by a Judge to determine the background and well-being of this child.  Please see attached photo of the pair.
