On October 16th. 2025, at approximately 5:58 pm, the police department was contacted by the victim who advised they had their vehicle parked in the 400 block of West Main Street. They parked the vehicle on 10/14 and took a couple of days to retrieve it. Upon driving the vehicle they noticed it was not handling correctly. Upon pulling into the parking lot of a business, the front driver's side wheel came off. The victim found the lug nuts were missing from the vehicle. It is believed they had been removed while it was parked. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
