On September 19th, 2025, at approximately 8:04 am, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of East Keller Street and Shepherdstown Road for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined Lagwi was operating her vehicle westbound on East Keller Street. Lagwi stopped at the stop sign, but upon pulling into the intersection her vehicle struck a vehicle travelling south on Shepherdstown Road, which was operated by Amig. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained from the crash.
