On September 17th, 2025, at approximately 6:19 pm, the victim contacted our police department about a brown, sticky substance they found on their vehicle. The substance, upon being removed, was taking the paint off as it was cleaned. The vehicle was parked in the 300 block of North Arch Street at the time. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
