On Friday 9-5-25 at approximately 2058 hours, WLCRPD was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Main St in Palmyra for a report of a theft at the Dutch Motel. Upon arrival, it was confirmed that Carlos Rodriguez left without paying for the rest of his stay. Rogriguez was charged for Theft of Services.
