On 8/19/25, Jose Lebron-Fernandez was charged with Retail Theft (F) for taking over $470 worth of items from Home Depot. Lebron-Fernandez was also charged for taking over $200 worth of items from Weis in July.

Lebron-Fernandez is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
