At approx. 1750 hours on 16 August 2025 a South Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 Block of King Street, Lebanon. During the investigation an onlooker identified to be Kara Finch interfered with the investigation. After being instructed by the officer to move away from the location dozens of times she refused to comply and continued to interfere. Finch was charged with Obstructing Administration Of Law Or Other Governmental Function (M2), Resisting Arrest (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (M3).
