The Pocono Township Police would like to announce that Bike4Chai, a cycling event, will be coming through Pocono Township today, August 13, 2025. The event starts at 7:00 AM.  The route will be Route 314 to Summit Road, Summit Road to Back Mountain Road, and Back Mountain Road to Sullivan Trail towards Long Pond. All cyclists are expected to be clear from the area at approximately 11:00 AM.

The event continues on Thursday August 14, 2025 at 7:00 AM. Route 314 and Fairview Avenue will be the only route affected. 

If you are driving the area, please be cautious of the riders and traffic. Uniformed Pocono Township Police Officers will be at the mentioned intersections to assist with directing traffic.
