Weis Markets' Retail Crime Investigator provided police with video showing a male suspect select $543.86 worth of merchandise and exit the store without rendering payment. Police received a tip on a Crimewatch post regarding the suspect's identity. Upon further investigation, the suspect was identified as Robert Howard O'Brien Jr. Based on O'Brien's five prior convictions for retail theft, an arrest warrant was issued for (1 count) Retail Theft (F3) and (1 count) Receiving Stolen Property (F3).
