Millersville Borough Police Department charged PARHAM RANSOM, MUHAMMAD SHARIF with contempt for violation of an order on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, after violating an active PFA.  Parham Ransom attempted to contact the female victim after both parties exited a public bus.  Parham Ransom called out to the female as she was walking to her residence.  After no acknowledgement from the female, Parham Ransom continued on to his own residence.
