LCRPD officers investigated a theft incident that occurred on June 07, 2025 at 1457 hours at Lowe's, 1755 Quentin Rd (North Cornwall Township). The investigation revealed Tom M. Sherlock conspired with another male to commit a theft at the store. A warrant was issued for Sherlock's arrest. On August 28, 2025, Sherlock was located in Winchester, Virginia where he was incarcerated and pending release. LCRPD officers retrieved Sherlock and transported him to the Central Booking Office on the warrant.
