***UPDATE on July 7, 2025, at 9:38 am: Shydon Roberts-Longhorn has additionally been charged with Prostitution and Related Offenses (F3) and Indecent Assault (M2) for an incident which took place on June 23, 2025. The Lancaster City Bureau of Police received a report from an adult female victim on June 23, stating she was followed by a male into a store, where he then persistently requested sexual favors in exchange for money. After she left the store, the same male continued to follow her and, without her consent, smacked her buttocks. The description of the suspect matched that of Shydon Roberts-Longhorn, who was previously linked to similar incidents reported this month. Video footage confirmed the suspect to be Shydon Roberts-Longhorn.

The Lancaster City Bureau of Police was contacted by two separate individuals (one being a juvenile) who reported that while walking in the downtown area of Lancaster City, a male smacked their buttocks with his hand and then fled on foot. These incidents occurred on the morning of June 17, 2025, and June 18, 2025. Video footage was obtained of both incidents, and it was determined that the same suspect was involved in each.

On June 23, 2025, this individual was involved in two additional incidents that were similar in nature, which are currently being investigated. The male was identified by Officer Hockley after one of the victims flagged down police and pointed out the suspect while he was outside on the 200 block of S. Queen Street. Officer Hockley immediately recognized this male from the June 17 and June 18 incidents and identified him as Shydon Roberts-Langhorn.

As a result of the two incidents from June 17 and June 18th, Shydon Roberts-Langhorn was charged by Detective Micaela Heckman with Indecent Assault (M2) and Unlawful Contact with Minor (F3), Corruption of Minor (F3), and Indecent Assault (M2).
