Michael S. McKenna of Phoenixville has been charged with 1 count of Bad Checks after passing a $20,000 check, written on a closed account, to a business in HIghland Township in June of 2016.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled on this matter in front of the Honorable Nancy Gill.
