On June 21, 2024, Spring Township Police Department took a report of fraud in which the victim received a phone call from someone claiming to be calling from the Berks County Sheriff's Office.  The caller told the victim she was served with a subpoena, and did not respond to the hearing date.  The victim was informed she can either pay the $9,000 bond or spend 72 hours in jail.  A Coin Star payment was made in the total of $9,000. After an investigation, Shaquavian FREEMAN was charged with Receiving Stolen Property.
