The Tinicum Township Police Foundation invests in innovative programs, technologies, strategies, training and equipment designed to aid the Tinicum Township Police Department in providing contemporary law enforcement services which focuses on the public safety needs of our community.

The Police Foundation serves as a vehicle for tax-exempt gifts and grants from individuals, businesses, and philanthropies. The Police Foundation works closely with the Police Chief to develop a strategic program agenda. The Foundation encourages and supports the Tinicum Township Police Department programs in the area of:

Community programming designed to strengthen the partnership between the police and the community.

Equipment to improve the safety and effectiveness of police activities.

Training for the police department personnel.
