On 9/21/16, Brian Keith DAVIS, age 39, of Manheim Twp, was arrested for felony Retail Theft at Wal-Mart.   DAVIS concealed jewelry and a wallet on his person and walked out of the store.   DAVIS was charged with felony Retail Theft based on prior retail theft dispositions, and was committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.
