A Rapho Township man pleaded guilty this week to sexually assaulting a teenaged girl.
David Tyler Miller, 20, pleaded guilty before Judge Jeffrey Conrad on Monday to charges of incest, sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors – all felony offenses.
Judge Conrad will sentence Miller following a pre-sentence investigation.
Miller sexually assaulted the 15-year-old victim at his residence in the 1100 block of Lebanon Road in May 2023. Miller was 18 at the time.
The victim told investigators Miller gave her marijuana to smoke, then removed her clothes and sexually assaulted her. After the assault, Miller told the victim not to tell anyone what happened and that it would be the last time.
In an interview with police Miller admitted to sexually assaulting the victim many times.
Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Ponessa prosecuted the case.
Manheim Borough Police Officer Jeffrey Kiesel filed the charges.
